Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlowScore, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use FlowScore on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use FlowScore. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

FlowScore provides software for:

• Uploading onboarding or signup screenshots for analysis.
• Scoring screens against behavioral-science principles.
• Generating findings, suggested copy, implementation notes, and downloadable report PDFs.
• Providing a free report tier and optional paid report unlocks through checkout.
• Collecting product feedback and support requests.

Features may change over time as we improve the product, pricing, report format, and infrastructure.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live.
• Provide accurate email, checkout, and request information.
• Use FlowScore only for lawful business, product, research, or evaluation purposes.
• Be responsible for activity connected to links, reports, and checkout sessions you create.

FlowScore may currently allow scans without a full account. You are still responsible for the content you upload and the report links you share.

You retain ownership of screenshots, URLs, product names, flow names, feedback, and other content you provide to FlowScore ("Your Content").

You grant FlowScore a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, analyze, and modify Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, debug, support, and improve FlowScore.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and share Your Content through FlowScore.

You agree that you will not upload screenshots or content that:

• You do not have permission to access, process, or share.
• Contains payment card numbers, passwords, health data, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless you are legally authorized and have appropriate safeguards.
• Violates privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, employment, customer, platform, or third-party contractual obligations.
• Contains malware, deceptive content, unlawful content, or material intended to abuse or disrupt FlowScore.

FlowScore may use AI to analyze screenshots and generate scores, findings, copy rewrites, summaries, and implementation suggestions. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing reports before relying on them, publishing them, or changing your product. FlowScore does not guarantee any conversion lift, revenue increase, retention improvement, or business result.

Paid report tiers are processed through Polar or another payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, report contents, and available tiers are shown before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees are charged at purchase. Refunds may be offered according to the refund language shown on the site or where required by law.

If a checkout, payment, webhook, or report unlock fails, contact support@useflowscore.com with the email used at checkout.

You may not use FlowScore to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
• Upload, analyze, or distribute data without authorization.
• Create phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with FlowScore or its providers.
• Bypass rate limits, payment controls, report access controls, or security measures.
• Resell FlowScore reports as your own automated service without written permission.
• Use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or deceptive marketing.

We may block requests, disable report links, suspend access, or refuse service if we believe there is abuse, security risk, payment risk, or legal risk.

FlowScore reports may be accessible through unique report links or access tokens. Anyone with a valid report link may be able to view the report unless additional access controls are provided.

You are responsible for deciding who receives report links and whether a report contains confidential, personal, or third-party information.

FlowScore retains ownership of:

• The FlowScore service, product design, code, workflows, report templates, and documentation.
• FlowScore trademarks, logos, branding, and related assets.
• Non-user-specific improvements, scoring methods, system prompts, and product infrastructure.

These Terms do not transfer FlowScore ownership rights to you.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend, limit, or modify FlowScore for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, infrastructure failures, provider outages, or legal reasons.

You may stop using FlowScore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay, abuse the service, or use FlowScore in a way that could harm us, our users, or our providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWSCORE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, AND BUSINESS OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWSCORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PRODUCT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON A REPORT.

FLOWSCORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID TO FLOWSCORE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowScore harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of FlowScore.
• Your screenshots, uploaded content, report links, feedback, or generated reports.
• Your violation of these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or third-party platform terms.
• Claims by customers, users, employees, regulators, or other third parties related to content you upload or reports you share.

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the service, email, or an updated effective date. Continued use of FlowScore after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
